2, Pre-order requires fully payment in advance, Phonepartsbuy is not held any liability for any unforeseen delays may occur, so please take extra care when placing your order, as if you change your mind/cancellation IN 2 DAYS, there would be full store credit ONLY back to your Phonepartsbuy account, else only 70% credit beyond 2 days

3. Due to any unpredictable circumstance, if we cannot get the items, we’ll notify you in 5 days, cancellation of pre-order may be permitted and store credit will be issued

Q1:When I can receive my pre-order items?

A1: Estimated time of arrival would be around 7-14 days, once it was dispatched, we’ll send emails to notify you

Q2:How would I do if I change my mind/cancellation?

A2:If you wish to cancel or change your pre-order, login to your account and view my order, you can submit your request. If applied in 2 business days, store credit will be issued to your account. If beyond 2 days, ONLY 70% credit will be processed.

Q3: What if I place regular order and pre-order ?

A3:Pre-order works as regular order, but payment is separate from regular order, you can view your either regular order or pre-order status with your account. We don’t have current stock of pre-order items, once pre-order items arrive in our warehouse, we’ll dispatch to your designated address right away.
